Comment：Balco Harmony is a brand new family-run first class rated Hostel with the lowest prices available. Situated just minutes away from the language schools in Sliema - Malta's no. 1 tourist area and shopping center. Within a couple of minutes walking distance you will find the University Of Maltashopping arcades exchange bureaus supermarkets bars and internet cafes.
