Comment：Alkionis is situated right on the sandy beach of Sfakaki 12km east of Rethymnon town in a quiet area away from crowded tourist areas. The hotel is set in olive grounds close to two typical Cretan villages and a monastery. There are also shops taverns and supermarkets less than 500m away.
