[中国に宿泊の際の注意]
中国では商習慣の違いからホステルワールド本社に苦情が相次いでいるという報告を聞きました。ほとんどが、予約をしたのに予約が無いといわれるというトラブルです。
原因は、予約があってもその前に全額支払う人が現れたらそっちに部屋を売ってしまう事例が頻繁に起こっているからです。現地では、欧米人や日本人観光客の宿泊料金の相場が2～3倍で、予約サイトを経由した宿泊者よりも直接訪れるた外国人に部屋を売ったほうが利益が出るためと思われています。
